Resetting the module can be done in two ways. The best solution is to excluded it from your controller, however if you do not have the paired controller available you can use another controller in exclude mode to accomplish this.
For these instructions I am using a new Vera Edge to reset the module.

1. Log into your VeraEdge and go to devices
2. Add a generic z wave device
3. It will begin the countdown to add a new device..you do not have to wait for that to happen just click Retry...this puts your VeraEdge into exclusion mode
4. Go to your door lock, type in your master code then go to 7, hit 3 and then hit the # key--you will get a message telling you exclusion  is successful
